MTT graphs not showing all results

Postby bipolarhighrola » Sat Feb 07, 2015 6:57 pm

Hi

I'm a little confused why PT4 has no record of the past 6 or 7 MTTs, although the very most recent MTT is shown

I have cleared all my filters etc, can anyone help?

Have you been importing the hands? Are these at a different site? What site are they from?

i was 'getting hands while playing' during all games, and this is from Pokerstars.

This isnt the first time i've noticed things going by unrecorded, i remember shortly after i purchased PT4 and i'd refresh the graph every time i won a big pot in cash games and a few times certain wins went unrecorded

Is it a PT or PS problem do you think?

Do you have the hand history files for the missing tournaments?
If PT4 has read them they would be moved to the Processed folder by default, which you can access via File > Open User Data Folder in the PT4 menu.
If you do have the files, try importing them with Get Hands From Disk. Does that import any hands or report duplicates?

Thanks for your advise

I have just tried searching the hand history files as you suggested, there was no 'processed folder', but did find a hand history folder under Pokerstars. Not sure if the is what you meant, although this is only showing around 20 HH's, mostly from today.

After having this problem the other day, i've taken to checking PT4 when each MTT has ended, and it's happened again today... :x

Having all losses/winnings recorded is absolutely detrimental and makes me wonder how many times this has happened to me

The Processed folder can be found in PT4 by clicking Configure -> Sites & Import Options and going to the Preferences page. The Processed folder location is listed there.

That's everything PT4 has imported. If there's no data in there you'll need to contact your site and have them email you hand histories for those tournaments that are missing. They should be able to send you everything.

OK

So can you think of any ideas why this is happening in the first place to stop it from happening in the future? Is it possible i configured PT wrong?

That either means that the files for that tournament don't exist, or they were imported originally and are being filtered out of your view somehow.

Rather than importing everything from the Processed folder, open it in Finder and see if you can find the files for the missing tournaments. If the files aren't there it's very different to if they are but you can't see the tournaments in PT4.
