Since you chopped off the bottom - make sure you don't have this column cached, otherwise the data will be added to in the cache and won't be truncated the way you want.

Yeah you want to untick "cache" - as you play at the time you play all hands are qualifying so are getting added in. You don't want a running cache you want a live query for this data on the fly. So you want this column not to be cached.

It is possible to insert into STATS time that a player is used for example BET (BET between 1-3 second),3-6 etc...?

No, that information generally isn't in the hand histories, and therefore isn't in the database.

Is not possible using GMT time similar like a minute but between/seconds?

That data is not stored - we have the time we imported the entire hand and the time the hand occurred but we don't have the timings of any of the actions inside of the hand.
