HUD doesn't work and tournament results

Hi,
my Hud don't work. I have looked on the PT3 Faq, but all was correct. Hands was imported, it is in English, the filters are correct, only the 3. was enabled, minimum hands are 1, the transluceny setting was near solid. What I have to do more?

If I complete the tournaments results and save them both, why are the results not seen in the field: Texas HoldemTournaments/Tournaments? There are only the auto-imported dates, not the manually set dates in the Tournament/Enter Results . If I try to manually import the datas from the handhistory of the site, than it works.

Do you see the PT-icon on the HUD?
Please reproduce the problem and submit your PokerTracker.log to the Support system , and link to this thread.

I haven't had a lot to do with tournament summaries, but for the couple that I've done it worked ok. Did you click Refresh after entering the results?

I don't have any HUD-stats on the tables, so I can't say, if there is a logo. And yes, I have refreshed.

How can I create a log-file for PT3?

First make sure logging is enabled: menu Configure -> Options.
You are looking for PokerTracker.log or possibly "PokerTracker (text file)" if you have file extensions turned off.

Re: the PT-icon, I was asking if you see the icon on the tables - I know you have no stats, I wonder if the tables are being detected but no stats shown, or the tables not detected. Please reproduce and send the log. Thanks.

I've tried now cash and tournaments and for cash on everest HUD works fin, but for tournaments it doesn't work and there is no icon. But the hands were recognized and was shown in the import status.

Ah, sorry - I should have checked which site - there was a problem with Everest tournaments which I thought had been fixed, but I'm not sure - can someone who plays these please confirm?

I played one tournament during a cg session, the hud was showing on the cg tables but not on the tournament one.

I have downloaded PT3 only 15 mins ago, but i have the same problem which is explained here above. The HUD doesn't work in Everest Poker. When i click "Start HUD", the mouse cursor changes into a thinking icon for a few seconds, but nothing else seems to happen. I play cash games on Everest Poker and i'm using Windows Vista. I have the "Run as administrator" option on. What can i do about it?

Do you have hands importing ok in auto import?
