Postby beachboy » Fri May 23, 2008 3:43 pm

the HUD appears but after some hands it doesnt refresh that means i see only stats about 10-20 hands! Thats very sick! Is this a known problem or should i send my logfile to the support?

Please do attach your log file to a support ticket. It's possible this will be resolved with the extensive HUD performance improvements that are in the works, however.

I have the same problem. After a few hands PT3 friezing and using 50% cpu.

Peligroso is correct. There is a good chance these will be fixed with the new build due out (hopefully) early next week. Its a good idea, though, to log it and send the log file to the support ticket group. Please enable logging (configure -> options -> enable logging). Then recreate the error and send us the log file by attaching it to a support ticket. The logfile is located at c:\Program Files\Poker Tracker 3\pokertracker.log.
