TableTracker doesn't know which players are which when retrieving information from the PokerStars servers so your own data isn't blocked - it doesn't get hand histories, only a list of player names at each table.
If you're still having problems opening tables using TableTracker please open a Support Ticket and report your problem so that we can check your logs and see what is going on.
