Played two sessions, only showing one of them

Postby maco144 » Mon May 11, 2015 10:10 pm

Hi,
I'm trying to figure out what is wrong with my PT4 trial. I am playing on 888 poker NLHE. Today I played two sessions, one ~1400 hands and one later for ~1000. Both hands were played on this date and when I go to graph it only shows the first 1400 hands where I was a 1/4BI loser. My day finished up a 1.5BI winner but PT4 doesnt reflect that. When I go to reimport the processed directory it shows all 2400 hands as duplicates. There was 1 import error where a history didnt have a players name but that was it. What is the issue? Help please.

Check that you don't have any filters enabled - anything in blue in the sidebar is filtered, and also make sure that the 'show marked hands only' option is turned off and no tags are selected.

If you still can't see the other session please attach a screenshot to a Support Ticket along with the hand histories so that we can see what is going on.

I didnt have any filters used other than the date: today. This seems like an issue with the today? As now I have it selected and it is showing 500 hands (I havent played yet today). I have the my day starts at midnight so it shouldnt be an issue. What could be going on?

Ah, that makes sense. 888 currently write the wrong time information to their hand histories in their Mac software - the times are offset by 4 hours IIRC. Try adjusting My Day Starts At to accomodate the incorrect times and let us know whether that works better?
