Notetracker PLO question

How do i get notetracker to show for example 4bet+ Preflop Range for plo? It does work in Test mode in Notetracker setup but in game or pokertracker playback it doesnt show that stat in notes.

Bear in mind that if you include the hole cards variable as part of your note the note will only be taken if the cards are known, and in most hands your opponents' cards aren't known. If it's working in test mode then you probably have the note set up correctly - are you sure you've seen a newly-played hand like this go to showdown?
If you have a hand for which the note isn't added please attach it to a Support Ticket along with your exported note so that we can investigate for you.
