PF 3bet range in mtt (4b+)

How do I create a note of an opponent's PF 3beting range with certain stack sizes which i can setup and also the same with PF 4betting+ range?

The way to do this is to put a filter in the Player section for 3betting and for the stack size you want, then use {cardrange} in the note text. See our NoteTracker tutorial for more on how to create note definitions and our filters tutorial for more on how to filter for specific situations.
