No hand graph in overview section

Hi

I am having trouble with getting the hands graph in the overview section. It tells me there is no query specified to query control.

Am I miising something? I have reset the report but still no luck.

Any help would be much appreciated. Screenshot attached.

Please try upgrading to our latest version 4.13.3, available on our download page and let me know if that continues to have the same problem.

Where is it trying to get the data from?

It should be getting the query dynamically from our reports file as I understand it, but that should not have anything you need to do it should just work. I was expecting upgrading to fix the problem, but since it hasn't, restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.

This is an old thread and I am not seeing any further replies from the OP in their support ticket so please open a Support Ticket of your own and report your problem so that we can investigate that for you.

TBH I uninstalled the software and reinstalled it and works fine. Bit of a hassle but worked. Hope this helps
