Cannot connect to database all of a sudden

Trying to start poker tracker (trial).
I get some kind of strange notification I can't reach my database
I didn't change anything at all lately and could run the tracker yesterday!

I'm running on a Mac 10.10.3

Edit: My database is on an external HD

Try restarting your computer first and that might fix it. If not, can you confirm PostgreSQL is still in Applications?

I restarted my Mac, didn't actually expect it to work as I NEVER turn it off. Always on sleeping mode.

I can confirm PostgreSQL9.4 is in my applications, haven't changed a single thing from tomorrow till now.

Go into Applications -> Utilities -> Terminal and type the following, hit enter, and paste the results here:
ps -ax | grep -i postgres

It says something which does not make any sense hahahah

It would say a lot more if PostgreSQL were running. Open Console - do you see any errors there relating to PostgreSQL? If so, what do they say?

This certainly looks like some kind of problem/error

Attach the most recent few files in /Library/PostgreSQL/9.0/data/pg_log to a support ticket and we should be able to figure out what's the next step for you.

It seems like I can't open this file. It's locked for some reason as I do not have authority..

EDIT:
Fixed it, hope I will get a response soon as m time is ticking..

EDIT2:
I don't think the ticket has been sent , I don't see any confirmation when I submit it, just a plain white screen...

Try zipping the files up first - there's a 5M limit on uploads.
