HUD doesn't load on PT4

Hi,

I have been having problems with making the HUD work on Mac OSX using PT4. I play on PokerStars.
The process I follow (and the problems that occur therein) are step-by-step described as follows:
1) I start playing on PS tables and click on 'Get hands while playing'
2) On PT4 in the box of Hands-Errors-Duplicates, the Hands start populating very slowly. (For example, today I would've played like 50 hands and the hand count was only 1. At the end of the session where I would've played 300-400 hands the hand count was only 5).
3) I click on 'View import status' in PT4 and there it correctly shows the tables I played on and also tells me that the hand import from these tables was started.
4) All this while, there is absolutely NO HUD that appears on any of the tables.
5) I had gone through some guide here to configure PS with PT4 (Tools --> Setup assistant --> Configure) and sometimes there are duplicates, so I make sure to run this before every session so there are no duplicates.
6) The 2 folders are different - hand history folder and processed files folder
7) When I click on 'Stop Getting Hands', it takes a while to actually stop - I mean I can't close PT4 as it gives me a popup 'Please wait for Get Hands Before Playing to stop before closing PT4.
8) Also, Hands count increases very slowly and it is increasing even after I have clicked on 'Stop getting hands' -- from 5, it went to 6 and now is at 7, roughly would've taken 4-5 minutes to go from 5 to 7.

This is really annoying as it happens on a daily basis and I can't seem to find a fix for this.

Click Database -> Database Management -> Housekeeping -> Reindex. That will take a few minutes, but let it run to completion. Once it has, go to Tools -> Setup Assistant -> Setup Sites and just click Next through all options and that will import and move hands that are already in your hand history folder. Once that's done you should be all set.
