Problems with the HUD

hey,I have recently purchased PokerTracker4 and i have some problems. for some reason the HUD works good on some random tables that i open but on my tables it's not working good. the names are always in the wrong place and only a few appear,like 4 out of 9. what do i do ???

Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder. Your log will contain considerable data we can use to pin down what's going on here for you.

the really wierd thing is that in some random tables i open it appears to be working just fine
