(NEW UPDATE) Table Match screen Glitch?

Postby D.Sesso1 » Fri Aug 28, 2015 3:31 am

Everythign has been working fine for many months for me. Until this new update. I downloaded the new update today and now when I grind a bunch of tables (or even if i grind 1-2 sometimes) This little black screen pops up in the table saying (Please select a table that matches this one) and it lists player names and stacks, sometimes it is correct, other times it is incorrect, anyway the tecxt is small, and sometimes it takes like 50 clicks for me to click "match" even when i do find a match. Also it continues popping up multiple times in the same window! I ended up disabling the table match screen on many games because it would not offer methe correct table, so i was playing with no HUD. PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP!!!!! what should I do now to make the hud work again?

We do the best we can with the information the sites give us regarding matching the HUD to the window displaying on your screen. That window appears when PT4 can't make the proper match for certain and we let you choose the right window to display on. If you want to disable this display entirely you can by going through the menu bar to Hud -> Edit Hud Options -> General Settings -> Advanced and unchecking "Allow Table Selection Tool To Appear When Necessary".

That said, obviously this shouldn't be happening all the time in the manner you are describing. I don't see an issue in our system that matches your symptoms, so please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.
