I believe an update was released overnight which should help. Please close both PokerStars and PT4 and re-download from the PT4 Download Page. Run the installer and start PT4, then start Get Hands While Playing before you run PokerStars again.

No, actually it fcked up my 500z HUD.

Before last update, zoom HUD on NL 25 was working perfectly, now, no stats on hero...

Reverting to the old version will not help. PokerStars have made a change to the way their Zoom tables work, which means the previous versions of PokerTracker will not work.

Please open a Support Ticket and tell us what PokerStars skin you play at (.com, .eu, etc) and what Build version you have. You can see the build number via Help > About PokerStars in the PokerStars lobby.

Also reproduce the problem and then attach the PokerTracker4.log file so that we can see what is going on.

Hello, I can NOT open my pokerstars client 2 days ago...uninstalled reinstalled worked...Pt4 asked me to restart...GONE !! Today i can not even open after reinstalling...They support wrote to me that PT4 new HUD for zoom is the problem....can i uninstall PT4 from my PC and save the data ( ONLY) from it..?If yes please tell me how... Or for now would be fine for me reverting to the old version and having no HUD on zoom...thanks , regards

I downloaded Pokertracker 4 again, problem solved. HUD works on Zoom for me.

This is weird, now the HUD gives me info on everybody at the table, exept for me, I get no info about myself.

my HUD is working BUT no stats on HERO, so i see stats of other players and i dont see my own stats, ZOOM NL25

About no HERO stats in ZOOM, i notice that if i restart PS and PT4, when i open first zoom table it shows me hero stats, second and all next tables which i open dont show HERO stats, if i close first table and re-open new table, no HERO stats, so probably some issue with table numbers, becouse when you close and open again, it have another number
