About no HERO stats in ZOOM, i notice that if i restart PS and PT4, when i open first zoom table it shows me hero stats, second and all next tables which i open dont show HERO stats, if i close first table and re-open new table, no HERO stats, so probably some issue with table numbers, becouse when you close and open again, it have another number

It works the same for me in Zoom, only the first table you open has herostats.

I solve this problem this way, as it shown in the attached picture- since then, everything is fine and hero stat HUD no more changing it's position. Hope it helps

Anybody who is having these position issues, restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.

is that secure? log file may content private information about our machine?

another thing, the problem with hud in zoom tables is still appearing, why red letters says "Pokerstars does not appear to be installed". As you can see the box is checked "zoom hud" so i don't understand why red letters message.



now in the log pokertracker4.log there's a line it says:

"[00601]: [- Main -][PokerStars] ZoomConfig: PokerStars is not installed."

maybe that code "[00601]" can help to fix this problem?

i think my configuration is ok....but not hud in zoom tables

the import is ok, hands are imported, and hud in normal tables is o too. The only problem is hud is not appearing in in zoom tables.

theme "mercury" en pokerstars
winxp sp3
autocenter in all tables
i first open pt4, then i click button "get hands while playing", then i start pokerstars.
PT4 version trial last version 4.14.1
pokerstars last update too.

i hope all this information can help to fix this problem

As long as the hand history directory is properly set that red text is not a problem. If you have a European locale, please upgrade to 4.14.2 released earlier today and that should fix things for you.

i followed the next message in the download last update PT4 v4.14.2

IMPORTANT Installation Instructions:
On the first run, you must start the PokerTracker import (Get Hands While Playing) BEFORE you launch PokerStars. If PokerStars is open, you must close PokerStars, start the import and then open PokerStars before Zoom will function properly. If the Zoom HUD is not displaying after doing the above, please uninstall PokerStars and re-download and install PokerStars as the PokerStars installation is more than likely corrupted which we are unable to fix and a PokerStars reinstall should resolve the issue.

I did so above but problem persists. So i had to uninstall pokerstars completally (i saved notes file), then reboot, config pokerstars, then closed pokerstars again. Then install the new version PT4 again (before uninstalling again), then click "Get Hands While Playing". And then open pokerstars, open 1 zoom table, and voilá! hud is appearing again.

i think uninstalling pokerstars and reinstalling again was a real key to solve this, because i was trying a lot uninstall and reinstall new version PT4, but when i finally decided to uninstall pokerstars and reinstalling, the thing worked i hope this helps who is still in this problem.

Please solve this, i need to replay my hands and view hand details too. I have to say this new problem comes from update 4.14.1 i think. I have 4.14.2, same problem. Yeah hud in zoom proble is fixed now, BUT now this another probleam is going me crazy
