Does the crash log get submitted when you restart PT4? If so it goes directly to our development team for investigation and we try very hard to fix these as soon as we can.

I got a reply from support with the same suggested steps as in this thread. I have replied as this has not resolved my issue. How long until I should hear back or more importantly how long until this is expected to be resolved?

My HUD works but displays under the wrong player name (well it jumps about under different players each hand). How do I solve this? I had this issue on tourneys for a while but only recently on zoom.

My maginifcation is set at 100%

If you didn't get a reply over the weekend you should get one today. We were a little short-handed over the weekend.
How long it will take to fix depends on what the problem is - we'll work with you to find out and fix what is going on.

This is probably a preferred seating issue - check the Preferred Seating Guide for information on how to set things up. Make sure that your settings match between PokerStars and PT4.

Please try uninstalling PokerStars, then reinstalling it and after it is installed, shut it down, start PT4 and click Get Hands While Playing first, then open PokerStars and attempt to play. If that doesn't get things working, we'll need to see your log files in a support ticket to analyze further what might be going on here for you.

Make sure you've updated to 4.14.2 there was a fix in hero stats between 4.14.1 and 4.14.2 that it sounds like you may not have.

No, 4.14.2 is the one you should be on, 4.14.1 came first and fixed some but not all issues. Anybody having problems in 4.14.2 should restart PT4 using the Logging Enabled link, reproduce the problem and send us their log file via our support system so that we can investigate further.
