HUD problems 4.14.4

Hi guys,

I've noticed 2 problems after the installation of the new patch concerning the HUD.

The first one is that I'm not able to change the HUD's profile, every time I try to change it and click on "apply" or "ok" it would stay on the "cash - default" profile.
Second, the HUD works fine on my laptop's screen but when I send the tables on my parallel screen, every stats take wrong places and I can't get to bring them to the right place.

Any ideas?

To change the HUD you see at the table use PT Icon -> Change Profile. The profile that loads when you click Hud -> Edit Hud Profiles has nothing to do with what displays at the table. You can set up rules for what displays by default at what table types in Hud -> Edit Hud Options -> Profile Select.

Regarding your second issue, were you able to use that setup prior to updating to 4.14.4?

Thank you for your advice concerning my first issue! And yes, the HUD was working perfectly with the same setup prior to the patch.

Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce the second issue and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.

Im having the same problem since the update.
The HUD layout is not where it used to be saved on the tables an when you try to arrange it
were you want it and lock and save layout it doesn't save for the other tables.
This is also on a second monitor

Same problem on external monitor. Submitted the log on a support ticket I opened yesterday.
