But i choose loading from one day session also. It was like 100 tournaments and i choose 100 hands AA x KK to display. It wasnt even 20 that i played that day. So i dont know. Thanks i know eqity calculator is there, i know most chances also. So what i should do its so flustrating when those hands are not loading for hours even from 1session. Can max update to new PT version. I can filter tournaments or not, from which i can see the results. Anythink i try, nothink to found its realy big wtf :(

Try creating a new database and importing a few tournaments there to test your report and see if it works OK there.

If not, please open a Support Ticket and report your problem so that we can see what is going on. Also export your report and attach it to your ticket.

Okey i will try, this database im having will not dismiss to me if i create another one? Im curious why we have to do those reports manually, why there is simply not the villian range in filters? Than i can compare whatever hands x hands i want?

There shouldn't be a problem creating a new database for a test like this - a smaller database and limited data sample makes testing these kinds of issues easier on us.

Okey so i created another database and get data there + switch it as active. I cant bellieve it, all tournaments that showing without any filters in results tab are okey, but when i filter any sit and go format i played 45,180mans nothing to be found in results or graphs. When i click without filters, tournaments are there. But i cant graph each format like that i gues. There is zero chance that i filter bad tournament description i do it by what i see it in results tournamnets window..than i tried the report, it found nothing of course. Its realy strange any idea? In my previous database i can see the tournaments i filtering by the way, but report not too.

Please post screenshots to illustrate, or open a Support Ticket and attach them there, so that we can see what is going on.

If you remove the buy-in filter does everything work as expected?

Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder. The logs will contain the full queries used and will be helpful in narrowing down the proper next step in the troubleshooting process for you.
