HUD problems 4.14.4

I'm expecting the next version with the fix for this to be released in the next day or so, subject to internal testing.

installed the new Version 4.14.5 but the same problem as in 4.14.4.

The zoom mac hud does not work…have tried reinstall and enable logging etc.

Please make sure you follow the startup procedure in the release notes for the first run, and if it still isn't working for you open a Support Ticket and report your problem so that we can see what is going on.

could you tell me what is start up procedure. How do I folow it and where is it?
Same here zoom doesnt work for me as well

Please update to 4.14.6 which has new Zoom logic and should be functional. All you need to do is click Get Hands While Playing within PT4 while PokerStars is closed in order for everything to be configured properly.
