Mac external monitor HUD missplacement issue

So, the hud works fine on both screens but on my 27'' external monitor it is as if pokertracker only uses 24'' of it. When I drag the tables to the corners or tile them the hud-boxes kind of gets stuck on their way there. I run normal latest mac os.

Or rather what happens is: it works on my laptop screen, no issues. But when I pull it over to my extra monitor the hud moves like 1/3 poker window upwards. When I drag the table upwards to the top of the screen the hud follows suit until it gets close to the edge, then it stays in place while the poker window is moving. Also when I move the hud boxes on my external screen I click and drag and they instantly want to stay 1 inch above my cursor. Very strange.

Please upgrade to our latest OS X release - 4.14.5, available on our download page and that should fix this issue for you.

I am having a similar issue since I updated PT to the actual version: 4.15.13
I have a Macbook.
Couple of days ago, I did have the 4.15.8 installed and everything was working well.
I thought, maybe this is happening because of the changes related to OS Catalina in the new 4.15.13 version, so I upgraded my mac to catalina, but the issue is still happening. I use pokerstars for playing.

The issue:
When the pokerstars-window is in the laptop-monitor it works fine, but as soon as I move it to my 28'' external monitor, the HUD is not placed right.
The "lower opacity until mouse over" does not work either in the external monitor.
Since I use to play 6 tables at once i need the external monitor for that.

There appears to be an issue with the using external monitors on Mac OSX in the new version so please open a Support Ticket and we can let you know of any possible workaround or when an update is available that resolves the problem.

I have the exact same problem. I downgraded Poker Tracker to the older release but the older version does not work on Catalina. So waiting for a solution. Thank you in advance.
