Spin and Go, net won report error

Hi everyone,

i recently started playing Spin and Go, and i've noticed something wrong in the reports.
every spin has been played 5€ - 10€ (i'm playing on pokerstars.it, our spins are 1€ - 2€ - 5€ - 10€ - 25€)



as you can see some of the reports show a net won of 8.65€ (that's just a sample from yesterday, i've got a lot more)

how is that possible?

what's wrong with the report? how can i fix that?

What are the fees like? If it was 1.35 in fees on a win of 10 that would add up. Fees are removed from the net calculations.

the 5€ spin is 4.55€ buy in + 0.45€ entry fee

but i don't get what you've said...

multipliers are: 2x, 4x, 6x, 10x, and so on

whenever i loose a 5€ spin it shows a -5€ net won
if i win a 2x 5€ spin, it results in a net profit of 5€
if i win a 4x 5€ spin, it will be 15€ net won

if fees are to be removed, all numbers should be rounded down to -0.45€ (as you can see from the screen shot every other number is a 5 multiple.)

i have no idea how i ended up with a 8.65€ net profit... there's no way to make a 10€ net won on .it
so, somehow the report is adding 3.65€ to some 2x spin.
it happened 10 times (more or less) and it's the only weird number i have, no errors on any other stakes but the 5€ one.

When you lose you do lose your entire buy-in, but when you win you win the prize pool but don't win your fee back. Either way please send us the hand history and tournament summary from some of these via our support system and we'll look into them.

i think i've found the problem

the report shows an incorrect prize pool of 13.65€ instead of a 10€ prize pool.

The client seems to recognize the tournament as a 3 handed "winner takes all" Sit and Go.
It sums up all the buy in of the players (3x 5€), minus the fees (3x 0.45€) and here's how we get to the magic number 15€ - 1.35€ = 13.65€ -> for a net profit of 8.65€ to the winner.

it happened to me only in a fraction of the 2x 5€ spins (1 out of 20, more or less), no other stake or multiplier involved in the error as far as i can see.
it can be solved easily by modifying the tournament results in a 10€ prize pool.

still, there's a detection problem.

Thanks, include that analysis in your ticket too - once we have a sample that is misdetected we can get it fixed.
