Unable to Import Hands: Big Blind Not Posted?

Hi all,

I just downloaded / installed PT4 for Mac. I have a file called "inputOutput.txt" that contains the hands I want to import.

Here's what I've done so far:

1) Click "Play poker"
2) Click "Get hands from disk"
3) Then I locate inputOutput.txt and then double click on it
4) PT4 says "Input Complete!"

When I click on "Import Status", I see:

Here's the text for the hand in question. I don't see the issue with BB posting, so I'm very confused...any ideas?

Edit: Added colon after "{player name} posts" and included "*** HOLE CARDS ***" line in appropriate place. Very slightly modified hand history (which has same "Big Blind not Posted" issue) is here:

Also note that my hands *do* replay properly in Universal Replayer. Thanks for the help!

Are these hand histories that you have generated? We can only support genuine site hand histories, so if these are generated I'm afraid we can't help you.
If they are genuine PokerStars histories please attach the full original hand history file to a Support Ticket so that we can investigate.

Unfortunately, they're not original hand histories; they're generated. Any recs for who I might be able to consult about this (even if not PT4-affiliated)?

Hi, i have the same problem, the hud works in all sites, PS 888, chico ... and in WPN this error appears, not even recognize table, and say big big not posted in hand...

This is happening to me as well. I noticed this Today when I logged into ACR they had a patch/update download? Now PT4 won’t work. “Warning: Winning Poker Network (Yatahay): Big Blind not posted in hand...”

I tried Going to tools >> Site config >> followed through to the end all looked good?

Anyone have any ideas or having same issue?

This same thing happened to me today on ACR except there was no ACR update. Just HUD not loading and I get the same error message…. any solutions?

Same thing happened to me today on WPN. (True Poker skin)

WPN released an update which slightly changed their hand histories. Due to this change, PokerTracker was rejecting the hands as an invalid BB. We have resolved the issue and you can download and install the latest version with the fixes here:

Any hands that you played which failed to import will need to be manually imported into PokerTracker via 'Play Poker -> Get Hands from Disk -> Select Directory'.
