Trouble importing hands

Hi:


When I tried to import hands, I keep getting this error message saying ' something something is from a newer version - can not be imported '.

What newer version ? It's the same version.


Please advise.

The latest version of PT4 is 4.14.6, available on our download page. We have on occasion updated the format for the way we store exported stats or HUDs and on those occasions you can't import newer objects into an older version of PT4. You can find the PT4 version you have installed along the top bar of PT4 or in Help -> About.

I still don't get it. I have checked ( About PokerTracker ). On both machines, it's PT 4.14.4 …

Why does the error message say " newer version " ??? It's the same version.

4.14.6 is newer than 4.14.4 by two point revisions.

Yes, that is my point. I never upgraded from 4.14 to 4.16.

But why do I still get the error message ???? Do I have to upgrade ???? Can the process be reversed ???

A separate question : When I open the window for player notes , up top, there is this option of selecting color of the frame … on its right, there is icon you can click on …. what's the purpose of this feature ?

It should only take a moment to run the installer to upgrade. The error you describe sounds to me like an error trying to import a hud or stat - can you post a screenshot of the error?

The icon at the right of the notes window is to set the person as a buddy for the purposes of TableTracker.

Is that supposed to happen ??? Because that's the reason I haven't upgraded.

2. I downloaded one replayed theme from your site… how do I implement it ? Configure >> Theme >> install new theme ?

The equity calculator is disabled when PokerStars/Full Tit is running to comply with the new rules but can still be used when those clients are not open.

1. What is difference between "3bet v position and 3bet by position" ?

3Bet by Position is how often a player 3bets from a specific position at the table.
3Bet vs Position is how often a player 3bets against a specific position at the table (regardless of the position the 3bettor is in).

Yes. To be used in the replayer once installed it needs to be set as the active theme by selecting it and pressing the "Make Active" button.

Are they going to ban hud altogether in the foreseeable future ? Why only ban equity calculator ?

How do you install the replayer theme, I downloaded a 'folder' …. the option of 'install new theme' from configure is no help either.

Hi:


I have pokertracker installed on 2 machines. After having upgraded both to 4.14.7, still received the same error message while trying

to import hand history. See attached screenshot ! What's going on ? Before the upgrade, I had 4.14.4 running on both machines.
