manual import of hands on party poker

Hi everyone,

this may be a very simple question but I do not know how to do it.
I am missing some hands that I played in my database and I am sure that i can import them somehow after my session as they are stored on my hardrive somewhere, right?

Can anyone tell me how to do that?

I am playing on party poker and mac - hence this forum here.

If you played them on this machine when you click Get Hands While Playing next time they should just import - the files aren't moved until we import them, and they shouldn't go anywhere. If you played them elsewhere you'll need to contact Party support to get them to send the hands to you, when you play elsewhere hands aren't written to all computers you log in from.

hey, i just tried that (without playing) and it did import some dublicates but the missing hand is not there yet.
i remember 1 hand at least that is not importet yet.
i was playing on that machine and the hh should be stored on my hard drive.

Let it finish processing duplicates and it should appear. If not you should be able to email party support and they should be able to send you a copy of the hand in text format that you can save and import.

hey, i really dont get it. i found the hand in my files on my computer but it doesnt import.
once i have the text, what do i do with it?

there is only this one hand in that folder called „tablename“ and then the rest is 3 more with „sametablename1-3“

i tired importing that first fodler and it is still not showing up in my database

Click Get Hands From Disk and pick that file and PT4 will import all hands in that file.

i have tried that and it wont work.
i ll ask party poker to email me that one hh and try it with the email option.

i dont understand what the problem with that one hand is

Send us the file via our support system and we'll take a look.
