Mac HUD Pokerstars - ZOOM

Hi,

Apparently the HUD now works on Pokerstars ZOOM for Macs right?

How do i get this to work?

I have Pokertracker 4.14.5 (which by the way since upgrading to this version, I am no longer able to "launch" the pokerstars client. I have to open it separately).

I have "Zoom HUD" enalbed;
"Auto-center" enabled
"Get hands from site while playing" enabled

Help please?

PokerStars recent rule changes required a few changes to PokerTracker, to comply with the changes to their rules on stat colouring for example, so you should first update to PokerTracker 4.14.7 here:

On the first run, you must start the PokerTracker import (Get Hands While Playing) BEFORE you launch PokerStars. If PokerStars is open, you must close PokerStars, start the import and then open PokerStars before Zoom will be configured and function properly. This only needs to happen the first time that Zoom is configured on your system. Subsequent runs can be launched in any order. If the Zoom HUD is not displaying after doing the above, please uninstall PokerStars and re-download and install PokerStars as the PokerStars installation is more than likely corrupted which we are unable to fix and a PokerStars reinstall should resolve the issue.

Hi Flag,

I did the following and still do not get a HUD on pokerstars ZOOM.

Upgraded Pokertracker to 4.14.7
Uninstalled Pokerstars
Re-installed Pokerstars
Closed both applications
Opneded Pokertracker; enabled "Get Hands While Playing"
Opened Pokerstars

How do I get the HUD to work on ZOOM?

Make sure that PokerStars is installed in English for full PokerTracker support. If the Zoom Hud still doesn't work please open a Support Ticket and report your problem so that we can see what is going on.

Hi White Rider,

I can confirm it is installed in English. the Hud works on normal speed 6-max tables, just not ZOOM

I will raise a ticket, thanks
