PT4 on OS X 10.11 El Capitan?

The HUD should not be freezing every time when you start to Get Hands While Playing.

Enable logging via Configure -> Options -> Logging Enabled and restart PT4. Open the User Data Folder first via File -> Open User Data Folder then click Get Hands While Playing and attempt to play - if it freezes, send us your log file via our support system and we'll take a look. It's the PokerTracker4 log file in the folder that appeared when you clicked Open User Data Folder. Once we have it we'll be able to see exactly what is causing PT4 problems.
