This indeed seems to be a bug. If you have this problem, please enable logging (Configure -> Options -> Logging enabled), reproduce the problem and then shut down PT3 and attach the PokerTracker.log file or PokerTracker (text file) found at C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3 (not in the logs sub-directory) to a Support Ticket.

I'll do that.

In the log file, i found several lines with this text:
2008/05/26 13:41:10.563: [00002848][TableManager] Could not locate window for table: 'Jipe-9'

Can this be caused by my Dutch version of Everest Poker? The name of the tabel window is "Tafel Jipe-9". Every table name begins in Dutch with "Tafel".

Yes, that's probably it - PT3 needs the hand histories to be in English. Please try reinstalling in English and see if it works.

Another question on this Issue.
Im also mainly playing Everest SNGs and its pretty annoying to insert all the Tournament Results manually.
Will this be fixed in one of the next releases or is it a problem with Everests HH-format?

By the way, im using the English version and my HUD also wont work, ill try to post a Ticket with my log file somewhen in the next hours.

Have you tried the Auto-fill option on the tournament -> enter results page?
I don't know if it works for Everest, it depends on the info in the HH file, as you say.

There seems to be a problem with the HUD on Everest tournaments.

Yes i tried the Auto-Fill Option but im getting the "This Feature only works for single table Sit & Go's" Error.

Were they single table?
Is there any summary info in the HH's? If not, PT3 has no way of getting it for MTTs.

Yes they were STTs, 6max in my case.
Mh and i dont know if there is any Summary in the hhs, i just tried to look through some (the processed ones in the pt3 folder, dunno if they are different from the original hhs) and to be honest they look like a total mess
In some files i found lines similar to this at the end:

<PRIZE name="maxcalou" place="2" prize="$36"/>
<PRIZE name="dermeisterr" place="1" prize="$84"/>

or:

<PLACE name="dermeisterr" place="5"/>

So it seems like there are Summaries but i couldnt find those infos in every file.

OK, that looks potentially useful. I guess you may only get that info if you keep the table/lobby open after you get knocked out?
