Full Tilt SNG Tourney Duration Problem

Hi,

It appears that since Full Tilt introduced the summaries 98% of my tournaments have imported with a duration of 59,60 or 61 minutes. In reality none took this long. It gets the odd one correct but mostly the times are wrong.

NB. They all import correctly into PT2.

Can you please create a support ticket that contains one of these summaries and references this thread? It will help us figure out exactly why this situation is occurring.
