Trying to reinstall

so on the service configuration screen what do i put as account name/ and account password? it defaults to postgres as account name but when I click next i get invalid user name error.

Did you already have postgres installed? If so, just download/install PT3 without postgres version.

I've done it both ways. I've changed mp5 to trust, I've deleted postreg name thru the command prompt i've reinstalled like 3 times. when i first installed pt3 it worked fine. Now that i tried to convert pt2 and i uninstalled everything reinstalled everything i can't connect to database. I can't really play without pt3 cause it is essential when multitabling please hook me up.
