For those that can't connect to database this fixed it

I unisntalled everything, changed mp5 to trust, uninstalled sql, then rebooted installed pt3 w/sql, then installed sql, then instead of converting files in p2 I exported to file, then in p3 imported from file. Make sure user controls are disabled, started sql and now im good to go. Hope this helps those w/ similar issues.
