Error: Please use the main MSI file to install PostgreSQL

I am trying to install PT3 with PostgreSQL but when I begin the installation process a box pops up that says:

*Configure PostgreSQL Server*

Server: Local Host
Port: 5432
Database User: Postgres
Password: *this box is blank*

At the bottom of the box there is a link that says *Need PostgreSQL installed? Click here!*

When I click that link to install an error box pops up that says:

*Please use the main MSI file to install PostgreSQL*

And that is as far as I can get as far as installing the software. I am very eager to start using this, could you please help me out? Thanks!
