in the table tracker tab ive selected full tilt 2/4 and unchecked tables without stats. the tables are coming up correctly but theres no stats? the only stats i have is observed hands does this affect things? do i need to be sat down with them for stats to show?

The label says "Hide tables without stats", so if you uncheck it it will show them..
I suspect you've selected the wrong level.
As for the level, 2/4 is LIMIT, if you want 2/4 NL, you must check $4 NL (the amount of the BB, not the 100x table buy in that a lot of sites quote).
