Hi,
I have only just started using PokerTracker and have played 11 tourneys but it doesn't record any of my results, including wins and seconds. Any ideas?

Win information is not included in the hand histories so you need to enter the information separately.
Some sites will email you a summary on request (eg. Pokerstars) - you can copy the text of this to a text document and import that, otherwise you will need to do it manually - Tournaments -> Enter Results.
