Anoter Reg problem - unable to bring it up

I have downloaded a trial version and as a vista user i log in as admin then i get this screen

Configure PostgreSQL Server

Postgresql information

Server: Localhost DataBase User: postgres
Port:5432 Password: Blank(nothing there)

anyone help me? tried support but havent got a answer in 24 hrs

Do you have PostgreSQL installed on your computer? If not, download the version of PT3 with PostgreSQL, and let it install it for you.
