The integrated PT3 Hud shows at the beginning of my session after each hand is competed a totally different hand which maybe some other guys have played in an earlier datamined session. What's wrong here and how to fix the problem?

One possibility is if auto import is picking up old hands - is auto import reporting duplicates while running?

Check to see if you are moving files after they are processed. Leaving that box unchecked can lead to the problems you are seeing.
