issue with postgres

already have a HH backup, got it from Stars. Due to my format C today I lost the DB anyway.. I just want PT4 to work again.. Crazy thing is that it worked one time after the format C thing .. I was also able to load HH from file etc. and was happy, then I installed other software stuff I need, restarted computer and got the error again.

I am downloading Win10 now and hope it will help a little.. Maybe my postgreSQL is messed up already? Like it cant be fixed due to an upgrade? If thats the case I may have to format C again, then install Win10 and THEN install PT4.. do you think that would help in case the error remains?

I'll let you know in a few hours when I have Windows 10. Maybe it is fixed...

Keep me posted. Upgrading your OS is such a big change that it's probably best to take a wait and see approach at this point.

Win10 fixed it.. can't remember Windows fixing anything a miracle!

You're welcome. I've been using Win10 for a while now and I have to say Windows has come a long way.
