PT4 didn't see new windows

I use Mac OS X 10.11.3 and try to use PT 4.14.10. Move hand hystory still didn't work properly. I should run Setup Asistant everytime.

PT doesn't see new tournament windows. I should restart "Get Hands While Playing" every time. What I can do?

P.S. You soft is realy awful!

Do you have your poker clients installed in English and set to save hand histories in English? That is required to get the HUD working when you click Get Hands While Playing.

There have been issues with moving the processed files as a result of changes made for 4.14.9 that apparently were not completely resolved in 4.14.10 but we are working on them. Please create a support ticket so that we can make sure you are notified when a fix is available.

I install last version 4.14.11 (after 4.14.9 and 4.14.10) and... this shit still doesn't work. And now tournament statistics start bugging. Some times there is just no hand in tournaments list and I should restart app. But now it's more fun I can't see a lot of hands in statistic.

I install 3.. THREE version of your program in 15 days and no one work. And in another 15 days this... app... ask my money to continue that torture. Good joke, guys!

Please open a Support Ticket and report your problem so that we can see what is going on. You can include screenshots to explain your problem along with your log files and any relevant hand histories.
