PT4 doesnt detect Pokerstars client

Hi, mi PT4 client is unable to detect Pokerstars i even manually add the hand history and tournament summary folders but it just doesnt worked. Also obviously my hud dont work. But the import while playing its working, this happened just before i install the latest update. Anyone have this trouble?

As long as the hands are importing and the HUD is displaying you don't need to worry about the automatic detection failing.

You said the import while playing is working - do the hands import?

yes, the import its fine but my hud doesnt display at the table

the HUD in regular tables works fine but in zoom doesnt

Please make sure you have things configured as explained this section of the PokerStars Configuration Guide. Also please note that the Zoom Hud only works for cash game tables at this time.

We're investigating this issue which seems to be affecting some users in the latest Mac build. If you open a Support Ticket and report your problem we'll send you a notification when the fix is released.

I'm having the same issue.. poker stars is installed but not detected .. and when i open poker tracker and start to get hands, it starts going through duplicates and freezes at duplicate 590 hand and i have to force close the program

Please run through Tools -> Setup Assistant -> Setup Sites and make sure that PokerStars is turned on and the folder that PT4 has listed matches the PokerStars folder where hand histories are saved and that nothing else is saved in that folder besides data from PokerStars. Then let Setup Assistant finish and it will import and move those files to the processed folder and everything should work properly after that.
