Hud doesn’t appears zoom tables Ps.es

Hi

Since last updates on pokerstar.es and pokertracker i had some issues about importing hands that were imported as error. That issue was fixed but since them the Hud doesn’t appear on zoom tables (appears on regular tables, mtt’s and sit & go)

Some help to try to fix that problem, please!!!!

The Zoom Hud currently works for cash games only. PokerStars needs to provide us with a specific data file in order for us to place the Hud and they write this file for cash games only and not for tournaments.

Good morning and thank you so much but maybe i misspoke. I mean that the hud doesn’t appers zoom tables cash games. Unfortunately we have not zoom mtt. Anyway waitting for pokerstars fix this problem with the data file.

It should work on cash game tables. Please enable logging via Configure -> Options -> Logging Enabled, restart PT4 Get Hands While Playing and play a few hands at a Zoom table. Send us a report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.
