If the data folder is still there and intact it should be detected and used as long as you haven't removed it from the PT4 configuration.

It's not detected and the 9.3 installator didnt let me choose the 9.5 data folder as a folder for data. I've sent a ticket and nobody responds there. PLEASE HELP!

You can't install 9.3 and use a 9.5 data folder. You have to use 9.5 with a 9.5 data folder. You should be able to use our backup system in 9.5 though and that backup should restore in 9.3.

I restored it on 9.3 despite the warning that it might not work, it restored but with one error, something about row_security or something, but it works properly now, so I guess it worked.
