Bet type on street type not returning what I expected

I made notes for each bet type (cbet, donk, float, probe) on each street. The flop notes are working correctly for the most part, but I am finding that every turn and river note isn't working the way it should be. Take for example "CBet Flop Top Pair >". When I run this note, I end up finding a hand where I cbet on the flop with pair less than top pair. I also have "CBet Turn Top Pair >" which gets noted, when I don't have top pair or better. My "Cbet Flop < Top Pair" works fine. (pair less than top pair)

You've got "Made two pair on any street" -- and in this hand you make two pair on the river - kings and sevens.
