'Getting hands while playing' freezes my PT4

Hi guys,

I have troubles with my PT4. When i click on 'get hands while playing' PT4 freezes, it didn't freeze before. I don't get any errors what might be wrong, already reinstalled it and changed some settings. So far nothing worked unfortunately. Can anyone help me out?
