Transferring from a Mac to Lenovo PC

Hello, apparently theres tons of ways to transfer all of my information on pokertracker 4 from my mac laptop to my Lenovo PC desktop. Please someone tell me the most easiest way to Transfer all my information. Can i backup on my Mac and easily restore it into my desktop? If i backup everything on My mac, what are the next steps to then restore on my PC?

I've read that before. I didn't know if it would still work if it went from a Mac to a different brand PC
