PT4 laggy after update

Hey,

Updated PT yesterday before session and the hud became very laggy when I had multiple tables. Stats and hands appeared 5-6 hands late and the pop up didn't show any stats. After every tournament break stats worked fine for a minute (it had time to catch up) and the pop up showed stats but after a minute there was a delay again. Later when I had like 4 tables it worked ok but still a bit laggy.
I had poker clients open when I updated PT, could this cause some problems?

Your not the only one it's some sort of BUG. Hopefully support fixes it soon

Please open a Support Ticket and report your problem so that we can check your log file and see what is going on.

why is support not answering to my ticket or at least commenting on the problem

Your ticket is in the right place and is awaiting a technician to get to you in our queue and I would expect you to get a reply later today. We do have a higher than normal ticket volume at this particular time so sorry for the delay.
