Export player report to csv/excel

I've read a number of comments on exporting reports to csv. I'm trying to export a report of all my tournaments to csv/excel. But only get the option to export to pt file. I'm using a Mac. Any help please. Right clicking on the report in the reports tab doesnt seem to do anything, and the export report option only gives pt4 or all files option.

The Mac version has the same export to CSV options as the Windows version. To save the report data you need to right click (or secondary click, however you have that set up) inside the report itself (on the rows of data) and choose 'Export Report' from the menu that appears.
(Clicking the grey disk icon in the sidebar and choosing Export will save the report setup, not the data.)
