Hi:

Is there a way to delete all tournament stats of all players ? I only want manually entered player notes intact.

If you want to remove all stats then you can start a new database:

Guide: Creating A New Database in PokerTracker 4

To transfer your notes you can export them from the current database via "Database -> Notes" and import them into the new database. When you import them into the new database if a note is imported for a player that does not already exist in the new database, that player is created and has the note assigned to them - so the next time you get a hand on them you'll see the note.
