Processed folders are empty

Hi

The processed folders are empty. What does a pokerstrategy member have to change to see the handhistories?

PSA: PT4 works fine, he sees his hands and the original room folders are also empty.

In that screenshot you are in the top level of the processed directory so the hands wont be displayed there. The hands are organised by site/date so you would need to go into the relevant subfolders to view the hands.

Where are the processed files being moved to by PokerTracker 4? You can check that via "Configure -> Site & Import Options -> Preferences".
