PT4 Quit after I tried preferred seat at ACR.

I tried preferred seat at ACR. I later played a tournament and the tracker had all the players wrong. I changed ACR back to the default and PT4 HUD quit running. I have tried reloading the ACR program.

*can I run my HUD on tables I am not playing at ACR?

ACR don't write hands on observed tables to disk so a HUD cannot be displayed there. If you are having any trouble while playing then check that everything is configured correctly and if you have any further trouble open a Support Ticket and report your problem so that we can see what is going on.

FIXED!! Everything had to be reset as if newly installed. I had a power outage while playing. PT4 was out, so I tried to use HM. Could this have cause the problem. It crashed my ACR and I had to reinstall.

Support sent a different solution which requires me to change internals. It did not work and took over an hour.
