Did they (888) fix it? I seem to have the same problem (on MAC).

Re: Change timezone?

Hello!
I play on William Hill (ipoker).
My time zone is UTC+2. I tried different time zones in the site configuration window but the closest one is still one hour off. Its the GMT/BST time zone which corresponds to UTC+1.
For example, I play hand on 20:31 my local time but in PT4 it shows 21:31.
And in the site configuration drop down list of ipoker skins there aren't WH poker skin. Would be great if you could include this skin with my timezone (utc+2) in one of next updates.

I include sample HH if it helps.

We're currently not in daylight savings so GMT equates to UTC at the moment, and if you want one hour ahead of that you can choose one of the "CET/CEST" skins from the list, such as "Everest Poker (France)".

The problem is that if I put on CET/CEST, the time difference than is 2h instead of just 1h.

Did you set the time in the iPoker lobby to local time? Because the timezone information isn't written to the iPoker histories this will confuse things - the iPoker lobby time (bottom left) should be set to the server time (the option that isn't "local" in the dropdown list) and then it should adjust correctly.

If you still have problems after that please enable logging (Configure > Options) and restart PT4. Play a few hands at a single table and then sit out. Before you close PT4 attach the PokerTracker4.log file from C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\ (which you can access from the PT4 File menu) to a Support Ticket along with the original hand history file (you will need to compress the .xml file) so that we can check the timings and add an appropriate setting to the config file.
