pokerstars hands not importing after migration

Hi

I had to migrate to pokerstars.uk

i went to

playing history > save my hand history > ticket it and saved the folded

i went to poker tracker > configure > chose the file from stars and also pressed auto detect.

i am currently playing on stars, no hud is there and no hands are being stored.

Any way to quick fix this? ::/// Really would like to play tomorrow.

If you can attach a screenshot of the following windows here or in a Support Ticket we can check your configuration:

1. "Settings -> Playing History -> Hand History" in PokerStars.

2. "Configure -> Sites & Import Options -> Site Configuration -> PokerStars" in PokerTracker 4.

If your'e sure things are setup correctly then please open a Support Ticket with a PokerTracker4.log file that's recorded the trouble so that we can investigate that for you.
